Strategic Initiatives
Culture
Culture is the bedrock of our organization, shaping the values, behaviors, and collaboration that drive our success. By fostering a positive and inclusive culture, we aim to achieve a remarkable Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) of 0, reflecting our commitment to employee satisfaction, engagement, and a workplace that inspires excellence.
The Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) is a metric used to measure employee satisfaction and loyalty within a company. It is derived from the Net Promoter Score (NPS), a widely used metric in the business world to gauge customer satisfaction and loyalty. The eNPS is based on a single question survey that asks employees to rate, on a scale of 0 to 10, how likely they are to recommend their company as a place to work.

Marketing
New Logo and branding!
As you have noticed, Rancho Health has a new logo and new branding! We wanted to share with you the reason behind the colors and logo we created.

Icon Details
The cross shape is the industry standard icon for healthcare. We wanted to make it clear we are a healthcare company first and foremost. The white arrow pointing up and to the right represents elevation and forward movement. Its is our expression of "Elevating Primary Care", our mission statement.

Color Choices
Green represents life and overall health and wellness. It also signifies growth which is a core principle of our organization. The orange color promotes excitement, connections and relationships. These are so important to our vision both with patients and as a company culture internally.
